Cancellation Policy
No-shows on the day of the appointment - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments will be subject to a 100% charge of the reserved service. Same-day cancellations - Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 100% charge. This fee will be charged to the card on file, if the card on file declines, the client will be sent an invoice. Invoice must be paid before making any future bookings.
